GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Waikiki Parc Hotel recently completed a room and lobby redesign featuring urban tropical interiors, rich ebony hardwoods, illuminated glass walls, undulating acrylic panels and selective works of bold art combined with innovative aesthetic technology.

Additional property enhancement projects include a pool and fitness-room refurbishment, business lounge, exclusive specialty floors and a one-of-a kind retail offering adjacent to NOBU WAIKIKI.

Waikiki Parc Hotel offers travelers casually elegant accommodations in a chic 297-room, boutique setting.  Peacefully nestled away from the hustle and bustle, and just steps away from Waikiki Beach, visitors can enjoy all that Waikiki has to offer.  In the immediate vicinity are unlimited opportunities for shopping, dining and entertainment.

Within the hotel is a rooftop outdoor heated swimming pool and a pool-view fitness room.  The Waikiki Parc caters to both business and leisure guests, with room rates starting at $275.

HISTORY
The Waikiki Parc Hotel, part of the Hotels and Resorts of Halekulani portfolio, received its first guests on November 1, 1987.  The Halekulani Corporation, incorporated in Hawaii in 1981, is headquartered in downtown Honolulu and involved primarily in the development and management of upscale, luxury resorts in Hawaii. The Halekulani Corporation also owns and manages the world famous Halekulani. The Waikiki Parc reflects the company's commitment to maintain the highest quality facilities and standards of guest service.

GUEST ROOMS
With the completion of the hotel’s guest room enhancement program, the Waikiki Parc Hotel’s 297-guest rooms flow seamlessly out of the public area experience. Rooms feature a new “accent wall” of richly-hued ebony wood headboard with built-in direct lighting and individual reading lights.  Guests are enveloped in hotel’s new crisp white bedding, duvet and plush pillows.

The signature design accent of guest rooms is the orange and white abstract ‘Swoon Pillow,’ created by Los Angeles artist Gabrielle Jennings and exclusive to the Waikiki Parc Hotel.

Guest rooms are contemporary, modern and chic. Plantation shutters give rooms a light, airy residential appeal and provide a clean backdrop to the conversation area and writing desk overlooking panoramic ocean and city views. Ceramic tile flooring complements plush textured inlaid carpeting and inviting European styled bed-dressing on either king-size or two double beds. Modern wood credenza with beveled marble and glass finish provides ample drawers and space for luggage.

Bathrooms have been outfitted with new stone counter tops and European-style water fixtures to add to the ambiance of cool, modern elegance.
